At Let’s Upcycle (LU), we’re committed to getting your sustainable creations to you safely, efficiently, and with care.

Processing Time
All orders are hand-packaged with love from our Australian workshop. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Locations & Carriers

• Australia: We ship nationwide via Australia Post. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

• International: We ship select items internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to keep costs fair while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Packaging
True to our mission, we use recycled and minimal packaging wherever possible. It’s good for the planet and still keeps your items protected.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
